Arrow Street Arts Ticket Policies

As a venue that collaborates with many different artists and organizations, Arrow Street Arts sells tickets for a variety of events. Unless otherwise specified by the event, the following ticket policies apply to all performances and events at Arrow Street Arts venues.

All sales are final; there is no right to a refund.

Before completing your purchase, please check your reservation fully, including the date and time of the performance or event.

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production when available.

If no tickets are available for another performance of the same production, there is no right to exchange. Exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to the performance from which you wish to exchange tickets. Exchanges may be subject to fees or an increase in ticket price.

All tickets ordered online will be delivered as E-tickets.

E-tickets may be printed-at-home, downloaded on a mobile device, or saved to a mobile wallet. Ticketing Services staff can print tickets at our ticketing stations in the lobby should you be unable to utilize any of the E-ticket options.

Ticketing Terms and Conditions

Your event ticket us a revocable license to attend a specific event at a venue operated by Arrow Street Arts, Inc. d/b/a Arrow Street LLC ( “ASA”). The ticket holder (the “Holder”) agrees to all the terms hereof.

Breach of any of the terms of this license, failure to comply with venue rules, or the refunding to Holder of the printed purchase price of this ticket, shall automatically terminate any rights that Holder may have hereunder; shall render illegal and unauthorized Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose; and shall authorize ASA to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the venue or eject Holder from the venue. ASA may refuse admission to, or eject, any Holder, without refund, who is deemed to be disorderly, intoxicated, and/or who fails to comply with the terms of this license, any and all security measures, or any and all health and safety policies of ASA, including but not limited to those related to COVID-19.

The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Mobile phones and any other electronic equipment must be switched off unless otherwise noted at the time of performance.

At some performances and events, ASA or the event producing organization may photograph and/or record audio or video of the production including members of the audience. Holder grants permission to ASA (and its designees, licensees and agents) to utilize, use, reproduce, modify, display, and publish Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any context or media now or hereafter existing for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.

From time-to-time events are cancelled without notice and ASA does not accept liability to pay any person compensation for damages other than a refund of the ticket price and any booking fees.

Some productions have a dynamic pricing structure and as such the price of a particular ticket may change. The price paid at the time of booking is final and non-negotiable.
