Beloved fairy tale opera Cendrillon by Massenet is brought to life by Longy students directed by Nicholas Tocci.

In this imaginative retelling, Cendrillon is a young, intelligent, beautiful woman navigating the challenges of a media-driven world and her dysfunctional relationship with her stepfamily. With the magical help of her favorite video game character—her Fairy Godmother—Cendrillon finds the courage to rise above her situation. A dash of modern whimsy, a pinch of magic, and a charming love story all come together for a heartwarming performance where the heroine finds her perfect match and lives happily ever after.
